In honor of Fall and the start of school we’ve brought back old favorites like pumpkin woopie pies and apple cream cheese strudels. There are new items to celebrate as well like bear claws, almond crescents, and fall flavors in savory sandwiches.

*Herb-Roasted Pork Loin with a Cumberland Pan Sauce
*Risotto with Asparagus and Wild Mushroom Ragout
*Sugar Snap Peas with Fleur de Sel
*Carrots glazed with Balsamic vinegar and butter
*Haircot Verts, Goat Cheese and Tomato Tart
*Lemon Chiffon Cake with Strawberry-Rhubarb Compote and Creme Chantilly
Dinner starts at 6:30pm, cost is $30, bring a bottle of wine if you like!
Of course there will be appetizers and surprises- but you’ll just have to wait for those!
We will be holding our next Supper Club on Monday, April 23rd. Spring will be in the air so expect some wonderful spring veggies, salmon, and strawberries! Watch this space for details…

Well, there are only 6 spots left! We couldn’t be more thrilled with the response we’ve gotten from everyone about our new venture. So, if you’re interested and haven’t signed up yet, please send us an email letting us know how many in your party so we can add you to the list. I will let everyone know when the list is full. But don’t worry if you don’t get to come to this Supper Club- we’ll be doing it once a month for the foreseeable future, so I can always add you to the next month. Cheers!

*Braised Short Ribs or Wild Mushroom Ragout
over baked Creamy Polenta
*Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Shallots and Pecans
*Bourbon Caramel and Bittersweet Chocolate Tart with Sea Salt
*Roasted Winter Fruit with Vanilla Bean Creme Fraiche and Housemade Brioche
The meal will be $25, including appetizers. Guests are welcome to bring a bottle of wine to serve themselves but at this time we will not be providing alcohol. I will post a wine suggestion list later today for some ideas for wines that will pair well with our menu.
